If a title isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request one

Use our refund request page and include your order reference (from your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout. We aim to review every request within a few business days.

What happens next

Once approved, the refund is returned using the same method used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.
